Bellevue Station 108, Avalon Station 103, and Kilbuck Station 182 were dispatched for a apartment complex fire on Kendall Avenue. Units arrived on scene with smoke showing and a fire on the third floor. Reports of several residents overcome with smoke. The fire was extinguished and units returned.
